Lynn is an experienced entrepreneur and co-founder of three prior businesses. She is an expert in scaling up with prior roles as CMO at Wealth-X and as a consultant on growth and GTM strategies for successful start-ups. Lynn has large-scale brand, marketing, and business development leadership experience at Wealth-X, Sotheby’s, L’Oreal, William Grant & Sons, and Heineken. She also has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

He brings deep product and operational experience from his time at WeWork, Open English, and Integral. He is a Venture For America (VFA) Alumni and attended the University of Michigan.

Andy contributes nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry, focused on business development. Andy has previously served in senior management positions both in the for-profit and non-profit world, with experience as a broker/trader, portfolio manager, and owner entrepreneur. He serves on the board of Coalition for the Homeless and holds a degree in History from Colgate University. Financial services aren’t incentivized to help, because their business is driven by sales. We create change through the employee-employer relationship. What’s been missing from the conversation is empathy, so that’s how we show up for people and businesses.”

Philip is an experienced sales leader who has successfully started and scaled several businesses before landing at Questis. His passion is to solve problems and empower people and organizations to reach surprising levels of success. His previous sales leadership positions have spanned several industries including retail, consulting, non-profits, and enterprise sales. At home, you can find Philip wrestling with his two young sons and spoiling his daughter. Philip served in the Marine Corps for 6 years, and is now pursuing his Phd in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University.
