At Questis, we deeply appreciate how vital our team is to our success. We champion and celebrate them daily. Because we value them so extensively, we want to share them with the world! Look out for new employee spotlights each month. We hope you enjoy getting to know our amazing team!
This month’s featured employee is Sidney Stubbs, Customer Success Manager at Questis.
What is your role at Questis and how long have you been on the team?
I am the Customer Success Manager and I have been on the team for 2 years.
What is your favorite part about working at Questis?
I love working with our customers and ensuring they have a positive experience with our platform!
I also really enjoy learning from our financial coaches – I have made so many changes in my own financial life as a result of being in our webinars and chatting with the coaches!
What is your “Why”?
To start leveling the playing field.
I don’t think that financial education and wellbeing should be a perk of being born in the right family. Financial education is important for everyone, no matter their age or income level. Questis’ mission of ‘Financial Empowerment for Everyone’ is something I strongly believe in and I look forward to doing my part to make it happen!
What is the most interesting thing about you that your colleagues would be surprised to know?
People are often surprised that I have never tried a strawberry! I don’t really know why, I just don’t think they look or smell very nice.
What is your favorite thing to spend money on?
Travel! I love seeing new places and experiencing new things!
$50 for an oil change? Ew, how expensive. $300 for a flight? What a bargain, let’s go!
What are your personal and/or professional goals for the year?
My personal goal for the year is to start saving up to buy property. I don’t think I will be finished by the end of the year, but I need to start somewhere!
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life what would it be?
Bagels! Is there anything better than an egg and cheese bagel? Trick question – Yes! – an egg and cheese and Morningstar black bean burger bagel. (yes, the brand matters – eat your heart out Gardein!)
